take a breath of fresh air ： used in order to say that someone has made a situation more interesting and exciting with their new ideas or new ways of doing things.
hold your breath : tell someone to wait for something to happen
get your breath back: be able to breath again properly after running
out of breath: not be able to breath easily after physical effort
say ~ under a/your breath:to say something in a quiet voice , usually something unpleasant
catch a breath: to have time to think or rest in the middle of a busy or difficult situation. If
you catch your breath when you have been running or doing exercise, you stop for a minute to try to breathe more normally.
save your breath=don’t waste your breath : tell someone not to say/do anything, cause there is nothing they can do to change the situation.
say ~ in the same breath: someone has said two things at the same time
take my breath away: something is so beautiful, exciting or surprising that you stop and look and think.
with bated breath: feeling very worried or anxious

問：有時無單字的情況下還是無法了解文意，這是為什麼？
答：單字都懂但可能不太了解其擴大的意義或是記二忘一，忘三記一，所以無法真正把字連字代表的觀念連起來，這時只要慢慢地(一定要慢慢地，就像是把字吃進去一樣）再把該段／或句子讀出來一、二次就能懂了。會有這個問題可能是因為對英文單字敏感度不夠，所以湊不出意思腦子就忘記了，連結力的訓練多做就可。
